A large majority of my life has been consumed by training. Through sports and my own personal fitness journey, I have experience with a variety of different workout styles and using different measurables to examine fitness progress. I want to take the skills and techniques that I have learned from my own experiences and research, and help others continue to live a fit and healthy life, even when time and resources are limited.
