MY MISSION

My mission is to help busy business professionals and individuals make their health and fitness a priority, regardless of their schedule. I understand that juggling a full-time job, family and other commitments can be difficult. That’s why I offer monthly pre-built training plans, as well as a one of a kind Workout Dashboard that allows you to build your workout where ever and whenever you want to.

An AI personal trainer that you have access to 24/7. Ask any of your fitness related questions and it will respond with step by step guidance on how to perform the activity.

Workout Dashboard

An automated dashboard that helps you to construct a different workout every day based off of a full body, PPL split with 100+ workout variations that you can do, in the hotel, at the gym, or at home.

Workout Appendix

Not sure how to get started? Confused on how to do a workout? Utilize the workout appendix for instructional videos on how to complete each exercise by myself as the instructor.

Monthly Workout Plans

If you prefer a prebuilt workout, or want to expand outside of the full body split in the dashboard, there will be pre-built multi week workout plans avaliable for you to download and follow at your own pace.

Accountability Community

Staying driven in your fitness goals can be difficult, that is why I have created a discord community specifically for fellow BYLDER's to check in, provide encouragement, connection, and ask questions.
